Returns policy (only for sales through www.wildheardkids.com.au only)
- All items must be returned with packaging and labels in perfect condition.
- All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
- You must arrange and pay for the return i.e. we do not provide return satchels
- In case of an exchange, you will need to pay for the new shipping cost.
- In case of a refund, the funds will go back to the original purchaser's credit card or PayPal account, less the shipping cost.
- Items on sales cannot be returned, so please choose carefully.
We thoroughly check our products before shipping for any faults or imperfections, however if you do believe there is something wrong with your item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out for you. Please include as much information and photos as you can to speed up the process.
Items purchased from stockists
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists, you will need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms.
